I've seen the previews of Wilkinson's new show and I have to admit that I'm still on the fence about watching it. Even though I would occasionally watched The Girls Next Door, the dynamics of the three women together is what made the show interesting. They are all different in their own way, whereas Wilkinson was portrayed to be somewhat dull minded. As the youngest of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends at the time, she appeared to be dependent on the mansion's wait staff and other help. Even in the previews for her show, Wilkinson comes off as not being self sufficient. Although she has a great personality since she is very lively, other factors about her make me wonder if the show is worth watching.
Aside from her show, Wilkinson and fiance Hank Baskett are busy disregarding rumors of there being any big bachelor or bachelorette parties before their June 27th nuptials. Wilkinson stated that they would rather have a tame joint party together, because they would otherwise text each other being their parties. Aww.
While getting ready for her show's premiere and her wedding, Wilkinson is also talking about future plans with her husband-to-be. In an interview with Marc Malkin from eonline, she stated that she wants to have babies soon. Wilkinson said, "We want to be young parents and be able to chase around our kids and run and coach our kids."
Maybe we will be seeing little Wilkinson-Basketts walking around sooner than we think. Until then fans will have to make due with watching Kendra and hope that the ex Girl Next Door can make it out in the real world on her own.
